Kids Sew Sessions, Teen and Adult Sewing
This is a fun class where students learn at their own pace. Beginners will learn the basics including how to use a sewing machine, basic skills and safety. Some beginner projects are backpack, p.j. pants, animal pillow, and skirts. Intermediate sewers will do more difficult projects that include increasingly more difficult skills including zippers and set-in sleeves: zipper bags, hooded sweatshirt, shoulder bag, multiple segmented stuffed animals. The focus of our sewing classes is to learn how to sew on a sewing machine, hand-stitching, being creative, problem solving, critical thinking and having fun!
Five-week Session is $150 / Six-week Session is $180 / Seven-week Session $210
$30/class, includes most fabrics, notions, tools, patterns, equipment and snack!
